Returns / Exchange Policy

We take great pride in our products, and we hope you’re delighted with your purchase from RAW Sunshine Coast. We are not required by law to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will exchange those products or offer a store credit (other than custom made pieces, gift cards and seconds), subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
  • You must provide your name and address
  • The returned items must not be earrings, cosmetics or stock clearance items
  • The returned items must be unused with original tags/labels attached

Note:

  • If you wish to return or exchange an item which was purchased on our website please contact us on 0413 111 595 or email info@rawsunshinecoast.com.au
  • You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item
  • Excludes any postage and handling costs

If these requirements are not satisfied, RAW Sunshine Coast reserves the right not to offer an exchange or store credit.

Faulty Item Returns:

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.

At RAW we design and handcraft durable and high quality furniture. Our furniture pieces are designed and constructed allowing for the timbers natural expansion and contraction depending on its surroundings. Natural factors may lead to deterioration of the timber such as expansion, shrinking, or discolouration. Small splits and cracks may develop over time. These are a natural phenomenon of timber, not a fault, and add character to the pieces. However if you encounter a major problem, RAW happily offers a two year conditional manufacturers warranty and will repair or replace a piece with a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our warranty for more information.

Pick-up and delivery is not included in this warranty. If the piece has a manufacturers fault, under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensations for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted on custom made pieces if you change your mind.  Please be sure to read and follow the furniture care guidelines as RAW Sunshine Coast will not be responsible for any damaged caused by the consumer.
