Australia Wide Freight
RAW Sunshine Coast uses national courier companies, Australia Post and removalist to freight items Australia wide. Please note that freight is not available to PO Boxes. We’re happy to arrange a freight quote prior to your purchase.
Local deliveries for larger pieces of furniture are arranged using RAW Sunshine Coast’s own delivery service or through an independent contractor. Delivery fees are quoted at the time of purchase. All deliveries are subject to size restrictions. For larger items someone needs to be at the other end to assist.
Once payment has been received, items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days via our courier. This excludes items that are stated as made to order. For these items please allow approximately four weeks for your piece to be constructed.
Tracking numbers are available for items sent via courier. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to track your item.
Damage in Transit
We take great care in packaging our creations, but in the event that you receive a product that appears to have been damaged in transit you should:
- refuse to accept delivery of the product,
- direct the courier to ‘return goods to sender’
- Take photos of the damage, and
- contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com
